+How soon should I book my Go PhotoBooth?
We have a lot of PhotoBooth Units to cover more than one event the same time but you should book your Go PhotoBooth as soon as possible.
+How can I book my Go PhotoBooth?
Please contact us and we will sent you our booking form. To secure your date we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the final price.
+When do I have to pay the rest of my balance?
The remainder of your balance is due 7 days before your event.
+What if my event is cancelled;
If you cancel your event we can give you a credit so you can use GoPhotoBooth another day. We can’t refund the deposit.
+What do you need to set up Go PhotoBooth?
Go PhotoBooth needs 3×3 meters, protected by air, rain and sun and one normal electricity socket.
+Can Go PhotoBooth go outside?
Our PhotoBooth Units can go outside as long as there is a sturdy floor and there is protection from rain, sun and wind.
+Where in Greece does Go PhotoBooth cover?
Go PhotoBooth cover Athens (Attica) and Thessaloniki. Of course we offer a nationwide service, as long as you cover the extra cost.
+Can Go PhotoBooth operate without a butler;
No! Go PhotoBooth needs two butlers. Our trained stuff is there to make sure you will have the best service.
+Can I use my own props;
We have a lot of props but you can bring yours too.
+When will I receive the password for my online gallery?
Every customer have a password protected online gallery with all the images from their event (Prints, Originals, GIF). You will recieve the password for your online gallery in five days after the event and you can download all images, including the original photos, with the press of a button. More than that your family and friends can access your gallery as long as you provide them the password.
