Vintage GoPhotoBooth at Your Company Christmas Party: Moments to Remember

The best moments at a company Christmas party are often spontaneous: colleagues laughing together, a playful pose with festive props, or a photograph with people usually seen between meetings and deadlines. Vintage GoPhotoBooth gives these moments a place in your celebration and a printed memory to take home.

If you are planning your company Christmas party in Thessaloniki or Athens, the wooden design of Vintage GoPhotoBooth can complement the festive decorations and become a gathering point for your team.

Christmas 2026 offer: 10% off Vintage GoPhotoBooth for events from 1 to 30 December 2026, with bookings completed by 15 November 2026. See our Christmas offer and contact us to check availability.

A reason for the whole team to get together

A festive dinner brings colleagues into the same room. Taking a photograph gives them something to do together. Vintage GoPhotoBooth offers a place for small groups from different departments, new colleagues with their teams, and business partners who rarely meet outside work to share a frame.

There is no need to arrange a formal group portrait. Guests choose when to join in, gather their friends and try their own poses. Props add a little humour, while simpler photographs leave room for natural smiles and expressions.

A photograph each guest can take home

Instant printing is central to the Vintage GoPhotoBooth experience. Photographs are printed at the event, and each guest receives one print from each visit, subject to the booking terms. A shared photograph becomes a keepsake for every member of the group.

A classic photo strip can find a home on a desk, a noticeboard or a shelf. Once the decorations have come down, it still brings back that evening and the people who shared it.

Your company logo in the festive print design

Before the event, we agree the print design with you. Your company logo, the date, your chosen colours and a short seasonal greeting can be combined in a layout that suits your celebration.

You might prefer a simple design or a more festive Christmas theme. The aim is to connect each print to your event, with plenty of space for the photographs and a clear presentation of your company details.

We take care of setup and operation

Our team handles transport, setup and operation of Vintage GoPhotoBooth. Staff remain at the venue throughout the operating period to help guests and look after the printing.

Before the party, we discuss the setup location, access to the venue and the electricity supply. We recommend a spot guests can easily find, with enough room for groups to gather comfortably while keeping walkways and service areas clear.

Your memories are available digitally too

Alongside the prints, photographs can be sent by email, and digital files are provided through an online gallery protected by a personal access code. You can keep the files and revisit the moments from your celebration.
