Photo Activation with the Vintage GoPhotoBooth at Grand Hyatt Athens

On 22 September 2026, GoPhotoBooth joined a major American pharmaceutical company at Grand Hyatt Athens for its internal sales conference. With the Vintage GoPhotoBooth, we delivered a photo activation that gave the sales team a creative way to share their views on the company’s new products.

Photographs and Comments on New Products

Participants had their portraits taken and received a Polaroid-style print. They then attached it to a designated display inside the conference room, alongside their comment. Each portrait gained a voice through the thoughts of the person pictured.

As more photographs were added, the installation filled with the faces of the team. Each member’s individual contribution remained on display alongside those of their colleagues.

Fun Moments and a Keepsake by Email

The photography experience also brought a more relaxed side to the conference. Participants had fun with the Vintage GoPhotoBooth and enjoyed stepping in front of the camera for a different kind of moment with their colleagues. The activity combined the event’s theme with the enjoyment of spending time together as a team.

Their souvenir photographs were also sent by email. As well as appearing on the display in the conference room, the images became a personal keepsake for participants to take away from the event. Having a digital copy meant they could save their photographs and share them with anyone they wished.

The Vintage GoPhotoBooth in the Conference Space

The wooden construction and retro styling of the Vintage GoPhotoBooth complemented the event’s contemporary set design. Positioning it inside the conference room made photography part of the event, while the print display reflected the conference’s visual identity.
